Schoology is an online learning platform used to facilitate distance learning and student engagement. It allows students, teachers, and administrators to communicate, collaborate, organize courses and materials, assess student progress, and share resources. It supports online classroom activities such as discussion boards, quizzes, and assessments with interactive tools like virtual whiteboards and audio-video conferencing.

Step-by-Step Guide How to Use Schoology

  1. Visit the Schoology website and create an account. Provide your name, email address, and password to create an account.
  2. Once the account is created, you can start using Schoology. Select the “Courses” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the “Join a Course” button. You can either join a course that has been created by your teacher or you can create your own course.
  4. Once you’re in the course, you can start interacting with other members. You can post messages, upload files, and create discussions.
  5. You can also view your grades and assignments. Click on the “Grades” tab at the top of page to view your grades and assignments.
  6. You can also communicate with your classmates and teachers. Click on the “Messages” tab to send and receive messages.
  7. You can also view upcoming events and activities. Click on the “Calendar” tab to view upcoming events and activities.
  8. Finally, you can customize your Schoology account. Click on the “Settings” tab to customize your profile, notifications, and other options.
